Paula Reid began her fitness career in 2002 when, while working full time as an addictions counsellor, she became a certified personal trainer.
Paula’s compassion for others has translated into assisting individuals in their own personal transformation through exercise and fitness. In 2013, Paula decided to give up her full-time career of 20 years to open Mountain Wellness Studio. She continued her education and became a Fascial Stretch Specialist completing all levels of the program. In the last 8 years, she has successfully completed multiple courses and workshops adding to her skills as manual therapist, personal trainer and rehabilitation specialist.
Rob is an exercise and mobility specialist, personal trainer and group instructor.
He is passionate about making people feel their absolute best and use health and fitness to do that in the most comfortable environment possible! "I strive to get people to enrich their lives in a fun and positive way".
Rob studied Health, Wellness and Fitness through Mohawk College and furthered his career with education from CanFitPro, Multiple Darby Training System courses and Triggerpoint workshops.

Rita is an enthusiastic and highly knowledgeable personal trainer with a diverse background in fitness and health. Having spent over fourteen years in emergency services, she has learned firsthand the importance of strength, endurance, and functional movement in real-life situations. After transitioning from working as a firefighter to teaching at a fire academy, Rita became a Canfitpro-certified personal trainer to help others get in shape and feel their best. She loves seeing people of all fitness levels reach their goals through tailored fitness plans, accountability, and the systematic progression of healthy lifestyle habits. She can provide post-referral physiotherapy assistance with benefits coverage and job-specific training for first responders or those pursuing active duty careers.
Adam has over 20 years of experience in health and fitness, specializing in movement restoration, functional rehabilitation, and sustainable weight loss. He holds an H.B.Sc. in Kinesiology and has worked as a personal trainer and physiotherapy assistant.
